Q. Do you offer military discounts?

A. Discounted military tickets may be purchased from ITT offices on many military installations around the country.  Locally, tickets are available at Luke AFB. We do not offer military discounts at the park.

Q. Do I have to purchase a ticket even if I’m not riding any slides or getting into the water?

A. Regardless of a guests level of participation, whether or not a guest plans on riding slides or getting into the water a ticket is required for admission. Ticket prices remain the same for all guests.

Q. Can I bring in my own snacks and drinks?

A. We do not allow any outside food or beverages with the exception of factory sealed bottled water. Coolers are NOT permitted. Guests with special dietary needs are recommended to contact the park prior to their visit at 623-201-2000 or email: info@wetnwildphoenix.com to make special arrangements.

Q. Are coolers allowed in the park to keep water cold?

A. Coolers of any type, both hard and soft walled, or size are not permitted. Cold water and ice is available at no cost inside the park at a variety of locations.

Q. What can I wear?

A. Appropriate bathing suits are required. No shorts, cutoffs or items with metal fasteners, rivets, zippers or buckles are allowed on the slides. Clothing and bathing suits must be appropriate for a family friendly environment. Clothing depicting illegal substances, profanity, or gang affiliation is prohibited.

Q. Do you have to pay to park?

A. Yes, all vehicles are required to pay to park with the exception of school and tour busses or15 passenger vans which are free. Gold Season Pass holders receive free parking.  More Information & Prices

Q. Can we buy a parking pass?

A. The Gold Pass includes parking. No other parking passes are available for sale. Information & Pricing on Gold Passes.

Q. How much does it cost to upgrade my Season Pass to a Gold Pass?

A. Upgrading a Season Pass to a Gold Pass allows you to apply the amount paid for the Season Pass towards the purchase of a Gold Pass. The price to upgrade may vary depending on the price paid for the Season Pass and the advertised Gold Pass price at the time of the upgrade. Q. How much do lockers cost?

A. The Park has three different locker sizes available for purchase.  Locker rentals are not included with park admission.  All locker rentals are all day rentals. More Information & Prices

Q. Can I reserve a cabana?

A. Cabanas may be reserved in advance by visiting Guest Services or calling 623-201-2000. A non-refundable payment is required in full in order to reserve a cabana. More Information

Q. What do I do if I want to leave the park and come back?

A. When exiting the park you will receive a re-entry hand stamp. If you leave the parking lot, you may re-enter the lot without paying for parking as long as you show your original parking receipt. Do not leave parking receipt in the sun. Parking receipts are printed on thermal paper and will turn black if left in the sun.

Q. What if I get separated from my child(ren)/parents?

A. We have trained staff and an action plan to assist reuniting separated children and parents. Please visit the Security Office, located between the main restrooms, for assistance.

Q. Do you provide lifejackets?


A. Lifejackets are provided at no cost in a variety of sizes. Lifejackets are located on both side of the shallow end of the Monsoon Bay and entrance to the Cactus Cooler.  Guests can bring their own lifejackets, however they must be US Coast Guard approved.  This approval will be noted on the life vest.

Q. Do we need to rent tubes?

A. Rental tubes are not required, however are available for guests as an added benefit. Rental tubes allow guests to have a tube to ride on in Monsoon Bay as well as shorten the wait time for certain attractions in the event that there is a wait for free tubes at the attraction exit.  More Information

Q. Do you provide or rent towels?

A. The park does not provide towels to guests nor is there an ability to rent towels.  We encourage all of our guests to bring a beach towel with them when they visit. We do have towels available for purchase just inside the park's main gate at Davey Jones' Locker and Surfer's Sweets & Ice Cream locations.
